Itinerary
Arrive at Jammu Airport or Railway Station. Our team will greet you and take you to Srinagar by road. The drive takes around 7-8 hours and gives you scenic views. You will pass through hills, valleys, and rivers. Reach Srinagar and check into the hotel or houseboat. Take a rest after the long journey. In the evening, enjoy a warm dinner and relax near Dal Lake.
Wake up and enjoy a tasty breakfast. Begin your city tour with a visit to the famous Mughal Gardens - Nishat Bagh, Shalimar Bagh, and Chashme Shahi. These gardens have fountains, flowers, and beautiful views of the lake. Then visit the Shankaracharya Temple located on a hill. From the top, you can see the whole city. Later, enjoy a Shikara ride on Dal Lake. Watch floating gardens and houseboats. Visit the local market and try Kashmiri clothes and dry fruits.
After breakfast, take a full-day trip to Sonmarg. It is also called “Meadow of Gold.” The drive takes about 2-3 hours. On the way, enjoy snow-covered mountains and green meadows. You can ride a pony or walk to Thajiwas Glacier. Play in the snow and enjoy the view. In the evening, return to Srinagar. Have dinner and rest at the hotel or houseboat.
Check out after breakfast and head to Pahalgam, also known as “Valley of Shepherds.” The drive takes 4–5 hours. On the way, stop at the saffron fields and the ruins of Awantipora Temple. Reach Pahalgam and check into your hotel. You can visit Aru and Betaab Valley, where you will see tall pine trees, green meadows, and flowing rivers. Enjoy the calm nature and fresh air.
After breakfast, drive to Gulmarg. This place is famous for snow and winter sports. It takes around 4 hours to reach. Check into your hotel and rest for a while. You can take a walk around the golf course or enjoy the peaceful surroundings.
Enjoy breakfast and get ready to explore Gulmarg. Take the famous Gondola ride (cable car) up to Khilanmarg. From the top, enjoy views of snowy mountains and pine forests. You can try skiing, snowboarding, or just play in the snow. Later, return to Srinagar. Check into the hotel or houseboat. Enjoy dinner and relax.
Have your final breakfast. Then, drive back to Jammu. Our driver will drop you at the airport or railway station. Say goodbye to Kashmir with happy memories and lots of photos.
