Ujjain Omkareshwar Tour

Your tour begins from Indore. After breakfast, drive to Mandu, a town full of old forts and stories. Visit Jahaz Mahal, Hindola Mahal, and the beautiful Baz Bahadur Palace. Mandu looks stunning with its mix of nature and Mughal architecture. Take your time to click photos and enjoy the view.

After exploring Mandu, drive towards Maheshwar, a peaceful town on the banks of the Narmada River. Maheshwar is famous for its temples and ghats. Visit the Ahilyabai Fort, Rajwada, and Ek Mukhi Datta Temple. You can also enjoy a short boat ride in the Narmada River and shop for Maheshwari sarees.

Start your day early and leave for Omkareshwar, one of the 12 Jyotirlingas of Lord Shiva. This temple sits on an island shaped like the holy ‘Om’ symbol. Cross the bridge or take a boat to reach the temple. Feel the peace as you stand in front of the Shiva Lingam and offer prayers.

After the darshan, explore other nearby temples like Mamleshwar Temple, Govindeshwar Cave, and the Siddhanath Temple. You can also enjoy the calm flow of the Narmada River and walk along the ghats. Later, drive back to Indore. Check into the hotel and relax for the night.

After breakfast, drive to Ujjain, one of the oldest and holiest cities in India. Ujjain is located on the banks of the Shipra River. The main attraction here is the Mahakaleshwar Jyotirlinga Temple, one of the 12 sacred Shiva temples. Offer your prayers and soak in the spiritual energy.

Visit Harsiddhi Temple, Kal Bhairav Temple, and Ram Ghat. You can also explore Sandipani Ashram, where Lord Krishna studied. In the evening, witness the Shipra Aarti at Ram Ghat. This ceremony fills the air with chants, lights, and devotion. Return to Indore for an overnight stay.

After breakfast, check out from the hotel. Depending on your flight or train schedule, you can shop at local markets or visit Lal Bagh Palace or Khajrana Ganesh Temple in Indore. The tour ends with divine memories and peaceful hearts.
